SLO Nightwriters Golden Quill Writing Contest!
The 27th annual SLO Nightwriters Golden Quill Writing Contest is back!
This year's contest brings new judges, new categories and a whole new writing challenge.
Call for entries begins June 15, 2017 and the deadline is September 15, 2017.
The theme for this year's contest is LIBERATION.
Enter in one or more of the three categories:
Flash/Short Fiction Up to 1,500 words
Poetry Up to 40 lines
Creative Non-Fiction Up to 1,500 words
The entry fee is only $15.00.
Prizes will be awarded as
follows for each category:
First
Place $500
Second
Place $250
Third
Place $100
Finalists: All top finalists will receive Finalist
Certificates.
